Not only will we detail all of the buildings faults but we will also recommend the course of action to be taken to correct these faults.
This type of survey is suitable for all residential properties, but we especially recommend this for properties of unusual construction; older properties; 100 years or more; dilapidated and run down houses; extensively altered properties; or if you are any planning major renovations or conversion.
