Home Information Packs bring together all the information a buyer needs up-front.

  
A HIP is required before you can begin marketing any residential property for sale as a home in England and Wales. It brings together many of the documents that used to only be required after an offer had been made. In many cases this slowed the sale of the property and 25% of sales collapsed altogether.
  
We can produce a HIP in as little as 7 working days; although our fastest was 7 hours! All of our Home Information Packs are produced in-house by qualified specialists to the highest auditable standards.  
We also work with firms of estate agents and solicitors to white-label our Home Information Packs in their company colours and branding; as well as providing training and point-of-sale material.
