If any product cannot be provided within a reasonable time; or has risen in price; the customer will be informed and may choose to accept a refund.

You have the statuary right to cancel any purchase within seven days our contract with you, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).

We may hold you liable for portions of the purchase amount which we have already paid to third party supplies.

Reasons for requesting a refund must be presented in writing to our given address. You will receive a response within 28 working days.

Refunds are offered at the discretion of the management.
